Our Fraud Investigations Management team conducts end-to-end investigations into fraud or scams impacting customers, working closely with stakeholders in Financial Crime Compliance.

In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations into various types of fraud cases, play a vital role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with fraudulent activities, ensuring the security of customer accounts and their funds.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Manage incoming fraud reports submitted via the Fraud Reporting Exchange from external financial institutions, ensuring timely assessment and appropriate case handling.
  2. Conduct proactive investigative work by leveraging internal systems and tools to detect patterns of unusual activity on customer accounts.
  3. Conduct comprehensive investigations into various fraud cases.
  4. Take immediate action to mitigate risks on accounts linked to fraudulent activity.
  5. Ensure relevant ePayment obligations are understood and met in day-to-day investigations.
  6. Communicate directly with internal staff and customers where necessary.
  7. Identify learning opportunities, control weaknesses, and drive process improvements based on the analysis of fraudulent activities during investigations.
