Key Responsibilities- Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups and situations
- Adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Data inputting and other administrative tasks
To succeed in this role, you will require well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
