Production Operator/Grain Handler

This role is responsible for the operation of machinery and equipment to blend and package stockfeed muesli. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating various types of equipment to prepare raw ingredients for mixing.
  • Weighing, measuring, and mixing raw ingredients according to set formulas to produce high-quality stockfeed muesli.
  • Evaluating product quality and consistency through regular checks to ensure that all products meet our company's standards.
  • Engaging in manual handling, lifting bags (up to 25 kg), and maintaining a clean work area to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Adhering to workplace health & safety procedures and company policies to create a safe working environment.
  • Supporting general production line duties as required to meet production targets.
About You
  • You should be physically fit and capable of manual handling.
  • Show strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
  • Possess previous experience in food or feed production (preferred but not essential).
  • Hold a forklift license (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously.
  • Show good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
