About the Role
Service Stream is seeking a skilled Traffic Planner to join our team in Dandenong, VIC. As a key member of our Traffic division, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on traffic planning and management, as well as designing and implementing effective traffic management plans.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Performance
Develop and implement traffic management plans to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow on road construction sites. Ensure that approved traffic management measures are implemented and maintained in accordance with approved plans. Conduct regular inspections to ensure traffic control measures are effective.
Customer Relations
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions. Proactively provide timely responses to queries and concerns, and identify opportunities to add value to client businesses.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current 'Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan' qualification and have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in traffic management on road construction sites of equivalent complexity. You will also need to demonstrate high-level written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to relate to a diverse range of stakeholders.
