Job Opportunity

The Employer Accounts Servicing Team is responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient and effective operations across all areas of the organisation nationally.

This role services national account Employers, validating placements, managing subsidies, and tracking placements to outcome. It also involves contributing to daily tasks, risk mitigation, and promoting services while maintaining a professional image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to various daily tasks and overall risk mitigation for the broader organisation
  • Conducting de-brief sessions with managers and staff to communicate non-compliance with guidelines and policy
  • Assisting with help desk functions, telephone, and email enquiries
  • Promoting services and maintaining a high-profile professional image
  • Approval of subsidy agreements and payments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Reliable, responsible, and highly professional in all aspects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to changing priorities and working quickly, effectively, and autonomously under challenging time demands
  • Outcome-focussed and goal-orientated
  • Excellent understanding of Employment Services Contractual requirements
  • Exceptional communication (oral & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Effective, positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation including Anti-discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Occupational Health and Safety, Privacy, and Freedom of Information
  • Computer skills – Advanced Word, Excel, Internet, and email
