International Education Coordination Specialist

The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Education Coordination Officer to join our team. As a key member of our School Curriculum and Standards Division, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our international education program.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with new and existing schools to provide administrative support for the Authority's International Education program.
- Prepare documentation for school moderation processes, schedule and coordinate school moderation visits, and assist with ongoing online professional learning.
- Manage customer enquiries from international schools and other stakeholders, providing advice and information on international education matters.
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor administrative systems, including developing processes and procedures, to support the delivery of the Authority's international education program.
- Conduct research and investigations on trends and issues of interest and importance to the international education program.
