About the Job
Fennies Nurseries is seeking a detail-oriented Salary Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering salaries, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Main Responsibilities- Salary Administration: Manage the administration of employee salaries, including data entry, processing, and payment verification.
- Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Payroll Administration Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration, with a focus on salary management.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to numbers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll processes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
