About the Job

Main Responsibilities
  1. Salary Administration: Manage the administration of employee salaries, including data entry, processing, and payment verification.
  2. Payroll Processing: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  3. Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Payroll Administration Experience: Proven experience in payroll administration, with a focus on salary management.
  2. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to numbers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll processes.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external vendors.
  4. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
