Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic early childhood educator to join our team. As an educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting a culture of mutual respect and open communication.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Completed Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services
  • First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training up to date
  • A current Working with Children Check approval

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with monthly RDOs. If you have a passion for early childhood education and are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
