About the Role

We are looking for qualified and experienced educators who will role model appropriate practice reflective of Gowrie's philosophy, policies, purpose, vision and values, and who can support their team with minimal direction.

Responsibilities
  • Implement programs that are inclusive and respond to children's interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and ability to work in diverse teams.
  • Model Gowrie's philosophy and policies in daily practice and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Cert III or Diploma Qualified in ECEC.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in the early childhood sector.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
What We Offer
  • Competitive above-award rates $ $40.44 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits.
About You
  • You are Cert III or Diploma Qualified with a minimum of 12 months experience.
  • You have sound knowledge of the NQF and approved Early Learning Frameworks.
  • You demonstrate experience in implementing programs that are inclusive and responsive to children's interests, strengths and learning needs.
  • You are a good communicator and able to work effectively in diverse teams.
