Job Description

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team as a Developer.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Designing and implementing automated processes to enhance operational efficiency across different departments.
  • Integrating various data sources to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Extending Power Platform capabilities with custom connectors, PCF controls, and plugins as needed.
  • Implementing best practices in application development, security, and performance optimization within the Power Platform environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in software development with at least 4-5 years specializing in Power Platform development.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Good knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and integration with various data sources.
  • Experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and working with RESTful services.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and Liquid.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a must.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
  • Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms.
