- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate restructuring and reorganization, retail and commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, business, shares and assets acquisition and disposal in various sectors, and general commercial drafting and advice.
- You will be working closely with a Senior Partner on a wide variety of matters, including high-level and interesting commercial projects.
