About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Technician to join our team at The Star Ent Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of our gaming equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong trade background and experience working with electronic gaming machines. You will be required to investigate and respond to service calls, as well as collaborate with our technical team to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your activities and completing regular maintenance reports. In addition, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to our patrons.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the gaming industry and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and service gaming equipment
  • Investigate and respond to service calls
  • Collaborate with technical team to resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Trade certificate or Cert 3 in electronics (essential)
  • Previous experience operating and maintaining gaming equipment/systems
  • Skilled in the use of electronic test equipment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
