Job Summary

Drive Member Engagement and Contribute to Growth

This role is pivotal in enhancing and developing the member services strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise Data and Insights: Leverage data and member insights to guide strategic initiatives and inform decision-making.
  • Lead CPD Program Development: Oversee the ongoing development of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs and educational events.
  • Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success and integration.
