Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Full Time Residential Maintenance Coordinator to join the team at Oaks Port Douglas Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on building maintenance experience, a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong time management skills, an excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that the actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
