The program is an 18-month development opportunity that offers structured modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements to help build on day one competencies and continue learning and developing.

  • Diverse clinical placements: Choose opportunities that align with your interests, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international & charitable placements through our foundation.
  • Clinical symposium: You will be invited to attend our annual Greencross Clinical Conference, held every October. This is Australia's largest annual veterinary clinical symposium.
  • Mentoring: A dedicated mentor will ensure you are comfortable and supported throughout your career, with full support from your experienced in-clinic team, plus your Regional Clinical Director.

The program equips you with everything needed to thrive in your first 18 months. It includes an engaging online modular curriculum, hands-on workshops to strengthen both clinical and non-clinical skills, and regular check-ins with the graduate coordinator to ensure you're supported every step of the way.
