Job Title: Technology Systems Portfolio Delivery Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Systems Portfolio Delivery Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful technology projects and portfolios.

About You:
  • You have a strong background in project management and portfolio delivery, with experience in using P3O and/or PRINCE2 frameworks.
  • You possess a tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, or Information Technology.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project and Portfolio Management: Assist in the provision of coaching, review, support, and assurance activities for project boards and project managers operating under the Technology Systems Portfolio Board.
  2. Portfolio Administration: Maintain accurate and timely information on the Technology Systems Portfolio Board intranet presence.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review portfolio reports, including internal and external reports, to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
  4. Secretariat Support: Provide secretariat support to the Technology Systems Portfolio Board and subordinate groups, actively consulting with program and project members as required.
