Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Designer to join our team. This role will involve working with clients to deliver design-led projects, leading project teams and inspiring confidence in clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in Behavioural Design, Strategy Design and/or Service Design
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium sized projects
  • Experience in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design
  • Able to build cohesion within project teams and mobilize people to achieve their best

About the Role:

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about design and has a strong background in Behavioural Design, Strategy Design and/or Service Design. You should have proven ability to lead small to medium sized projects, experience in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design, and be able to build cohesion within project teams.
