Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: North Sydney, NSW

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process for Retail Associates across our retail brands in NSW and ACT. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and use market insights to advise stakeholders on recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment process for Retail Associates
  • Manage the full life cycle including sourcing, screening, reference checking, hiring and onboarding
  • Use market insights and data to advise stakeholders and inform recruitment strategies
  • Support and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Deliver on specific talent acquisition projects such as employer branding and skills training
  • Ensure operational excellence through ATS activity and data being up to date

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in an end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role (agency or in-house)
  • High volume or retail recruitment experience highly desired but not essential
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously but enjoys team collaboration
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels including hiring managers, external agencies/suppliers, different teams and personalities
  • High level attention to detail and creative thinking
