Lead Baker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team. This key leadership role will oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, drive innovation, and lead the team in excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to consistently produce high-quality products.
  • Optimize production methods and schedules for maximum efficiency while maintaining product quality.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline production processes.
  • Create monthly specials and introduce new product lines.
  • Manage bakery inventory, including costs and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, internal policies, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience as a Head Baker in a high-volume bakery or similar environment.
  • In-depth understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
