Job Title: Retail Visual Merchandiser

The role of Retail Visual Merchandiser involves creating and maintaining high-quality visual displays in stores. To be successful, you will need to have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless execution of visual plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, planogram compliance, and pricing data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of visual display standards across all stores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
