Strategic Data Insights Leader

We are seeking a visionary data strategist to drive business growth through actionable intelligence.

This autonomous role requires transforming complex data into executive-ready visualizations without direct people management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will report directly to the CIO and collaborate with key teams across the organization to build and deliver accurate, strategic insights.

  • Design and deliver accurate, executive-ready visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView
  • Lead reporting across key performance indicators, marketing campaigns, financial metrics, and operational analysis
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with industry standards
  • Support AI-readiness initiatives with structured, clean data pipelines

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic roles
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and SQL
  • Commercial understanding of operations and learning metrics
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver strategic insights
