- Documentation: Oversee the accuracy of the participant's clinical documents, raising any significant concerns or changes in their condition to the clinical coordinator.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents or issues that arise during the course of care.

- Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Documentation: Hold a current First Aid/CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Check, and Working with Children Check.
