About the Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing the nursing care in our facility, working closely with our team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident

- Manage medication plans, interventions, and progress notes to ensure seamless care

About You
