Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of teenagers? We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to manage a house of approximately 10 student boarders at Marrara Christian College.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to shaping the future generation. As House Parents, your primary responsibility will be to provide care and support to students, ensuring they receive a Christ-centred education as outlined in our policies and procedures.

We are seeking a married couple with excellent mentoring and leadership skills, who can work collaboratively with teachers and parents to promote the well-being and academic success of our students. If you have a passion for teaching religious education, leading worship, and modeling Christian values, we would love to hear from you.

About this role

Your key responsibilities:

  • Care for students and provide meals, establishing routines and maintaining the house
  • Communicate effectively with parents, communities, and teachers to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Ensure students receive a Christ-centred education
  • Lead worship and model Christian values
