Create an enchanting atmosphere for families visiting Santa's photo studio.

Your role involves leading a team of Elves to create magical moments, inspiring and supporting them to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. As a Chief Elf, you'll be the calm in the dynamic festive season, ensuring operations run smoothly and the magic never fades.

  • Oversee daily operations, manage rosters, and workflow efficiently.
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere.
  • Bring energy and positivity even on the busiest days.
  • Lead from the front, showcasing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism, and festive flair.

You'll be responsible for overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail. Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, a keepsake memory of their Christmas experience.

A key aspect of this role is to foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and empathy among staff. You'll need to adapt to changing situations, remaining organized and calm under pressure.

To succeed in this position, you must be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate those around you. You should have excellent communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and focus on creating positive experiences for visitors and colleagues alike.
