  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering and workflow.
  • Welcome families and maintain a merry atmosphere.
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busy days.
  • Lead from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth and professionalism.
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is of top quality.

  • A strong communicator in a team environment.
