About the RoleYou will provide the best experience to customers on their kitchen and bathroom projects, from providing advice on fixtures and fittings to full design, order and installation projects. Your role plays a key part in making your customers' projects and ideas transform into real-life results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide our customers with exceptional customer service, focusing on kitchen and bathroom products.
- Be responsible for stock management while maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
- Design and quote kitchen designs, managing ongoing orders.
- Generate future sales leads and opportunities within our kitchen and bathroom departments.
You will work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who make a difference to the community and have fun along the way.
Requirements- A genuine passion for customer experience and ability to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers.
- An eagerness to learn about products and services.
- To act with integrity, be safe, and do your best.
- The availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
