YUB is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations across two separate sites. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing up to 60 staff, scheduling workflow, and meeting production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including logistics, operations, and production teams.
  • Manage stock management and ordering of materials to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Ensure customer collection and delivery dates run smoothly, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Lead the customer service and aftersales team, making final calls on warranty claims, and ensuring timely execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role managing a factory, logistics, scheduling jobs, and staff.
  • Prior sales experience helpful for dealing with the customer service team and resolving customer disputes.
  • A mechanical, boiler making, or trade background is ideal for understanding parts for manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and staff management skills, balancing a large team with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to meet KPIs, improve current systems, and ensure quality assurance.
