About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer Australia to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Engineer Australia, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to our customers, partners, and internal teams. You will be responsible for developing tailored system designs and proposals based on customer requirements. You will also create comprehensive technical proposals, system designs, and drawings.

You will oversee configuration, testing, and validation of Riedel and third-party products at customer sites, tradeshows, and events. You will support the Professional Services team and customers throughout implementation, capturing key insights. You will diagnose faults and recommend solutions for technical support cases.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, sales engineering, or pre-sales, with a proven track record in technical sales. You should have demonstrated success in providing technical solutions in a comparable sales role. You should have in-depth understanding of the Broadcast and Media technology market.
