Procurement Officer Grant Office Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced procurement professional to fill the role of Procurement Officer/Grant Office.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality procurement services, including drafting grant descriptions and requirements, administering grants, and providing advice on procurement policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support our business objectives
- Coordinate the management of grants, including developing and executing Letters of Agreement and providing advice and support on grant and funding policies and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on funding processes, guidelines, and relevant policies and procedures.
- Drive governance responsibilities, including grant and data reporting, and contribute to the development of key strategies to support the high-quality functioning of the grants program.

Requirements:

- Must hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA) or be willing to undergo and obtain an AGSVA clearance at the BASELINE clearance level.

Desirable Skills:

- Significant knowledge of government grants systems and processes.
- Experience in leading the development, delivery, coordination, planning and assessment of grants.
- Experience in developing and managing project plans.
- Understanding of early childhood education and care.
