About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our team at Rocky Bay. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services to our customers, including those with disabilities and under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for therapy services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) as approved by Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience in the disability sector and delivering therapy services under the NDIS (desirable).
