We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Gosnells. As a Senior Clinician, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision to our Speech Pathology team, supporting therapists to develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Speech Pathologists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and policies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline, with experience in a similar role and/or sector (Disabilities).
- Strong leadership and clinical skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
