Are you looking for a career opportunity that combines financial expertise with operational efficiency?
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Support Operations Analyst to join our team in Charlotte. This role will play a critical part in supporting wire activity across Treasury, Investment, and Accounting operations for a leading global asset manager.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily cash balance reporting across multiple accounts and transactions, processing and tracking capital calls and distributions across various investment funds, monitoring cash levels and advising senior management on cash needs, executing high-priority wire transactions accurately and on time, completing callbacks for new wire instructions and validating documentation, supporting tax payments and other ad hoc transactions, preparing daily and weekly reports on cash positions, assisting with keeping investment documentation up to date, liaising with banks and counterparties to submit and track wire transfers, and handling time-sensitive, ad hoc requests related to cash management and internal reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems, and taking pride in your precision. If you have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with a strong academic record, and 0-1 year of relevant work experience in finance, operations, accounting, or related fields. Progress toward an MBA or CFA is also desirable.
