About the Role

  • Lead the direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for the client team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports
  • Immerse yourself in the team and understand the status of all active and upcoming campaigns
  • Deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way
  • Take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, with responsibility and volume
Requirements
  • Experience leading a team
  • Passion for Implementation Planning and Buying, with extensive agency experience
  • Strong, up-to-date media landscape knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and astute, with the ability to build trust and respect within a network
  • First-class negotiation skills
What Success Looks Like
  • In 3 months: established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports
  • In 6 months: demonstrated ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way
  • In 12 months: taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, with responsibility and volume
