We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Respiratory Specialist to join our team at Perth Children's Hospital.
- The successful candidate will provide high-quality respiratory services to inpatients and outpatients, promoting patient safety and quality.
- You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with various respiratory conditions, including asthma, COPD, and sleep apnea.
- This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist respiratory services to inpatients and outpatients
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with various respiratory conditions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA
- Eligibility for membership of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent
- Postgraduate qualification in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
