Job Title: Airport Support Associate

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all airline clients, ensuring prompt and efficient assistance to travelers.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties, assist passengers with special needs, and promote a positive image.
  • Follow instructions to achieve required timely aircraft departures, adhering to safety standards and performance targets.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-focused roles.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations, high-volume customer service, and working independently at times.
  • High level computer skills, motivated, and capable of committing to rotating shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week.

Further Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish languages. Employment is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance, pre-employment medical test, and full vaccination.
