About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our pubs. Your passion for hospitality will shine through as you engage with guests, share your knowledge of our products, and create memorable moments.

We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals who can work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, even on late nights and weekends.

A typical day for a Food and Beverage Attendant might involve:

  • Actively engaging with guests to promote our products and services
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and maintain a safe and inclusive environment

Our ideal candidate is someone who is great with people, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. If you have flexible availability, a current RSA certificate, and are passionate about creating magic for our guests, we want to hear from you
