Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and community settings
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve client outcomes and quality of life
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or aged care setting, with a strong understanding of community-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
