Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project in Western Sydney. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring seamless integration with the broader infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Assist in developing detailed project plans for MEP activities to ensure efficient execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to align workstreams with project schedules.
  • Contract & Budget Management: Ensure MEP work remains within budget while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Implement best practices in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership & Team Support: Mentor and guide junior staff to drive high-performance project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in MEP project management within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex MEP systems and drive performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to coordinate across teams.
