As a dedicated support specialist, you will make a tangible impact by empowering individuals with disabilities through personalized and people-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to achieve life goals
- Engaging in recreational activities such as swimming, dancing, bingo, horseback riding, gym sessions, bowling, and more to promote social interaction and community involvement
- Providing daily living skills support including meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration, and attending appointments
- Ensuring adherence to positive behavior support plans; and
- Performing administrative tasks and submitting mandatory reports.
- Cert III in Individual Support (CHC33015 or CHC33021) or Cert IV in Disability (CHC43115 or CHC43121)
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and assistance to empower others to live their best lives
- Willingness to provide personal care and domestic support, including showering, toileting, meal preparation, and housekeeping
- A valid driver's license and willingness to utilize a comprehensively insured vehicle to transport individuals to activities or appointments when required
