This is a senior role within our team, focusing on the rating of highly complex new transactions. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead this effort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rating of highly complex new transactions
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to the team throughout the execution of new transactions and ongoing surveillance
  • Manage queries from issuers, bankers, and investors
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, reporting, and authoring of reports
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of securitisation markets, credit analysis, and transaction structuring
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Interest in managing and mentoring staff (previous experience preferred but not essential)
