Enterprise Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity and Access Management specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our identity management solution. As part of our EIAMS team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions with Forge Rock.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry best practices and security standards, as well as excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide expert technical advice. Your primary objective will be to deliver solutions that meet client-specific requirements while ensuring scalability, resilience, performance, and user experience.

  • Design and implement security controls across IAM capabilities such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, and mobile authentication.
  • Develop automation and integrations to improve capability and support continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Ping IDM, Ping AM, and Ping DS, or any other products similar to Forge Rock.
  • Familiarity with the Forge Ops model is highly desirable.
  • Broad experience with IAM products, particularly in customizing them to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, Open ID Connect, WS-Trust).
  • Experience in continuously improving IAM solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats.

You will work in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities. We value adaptability, strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
