Your New OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join our team in Townsville. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing across our diverse range of premium brands and working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diverse service work including diagnosis, servicing and minor/major repairs.
- Contribute to an ongoing improvement culture in the safety, quality and productivity of the team.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Carry out hands-on service work in both the workshop and field environments.
- Trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician and/or industry experienced Light Vehicle Technician with an interest in upskilling as a Diesel Technician.
- Experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing engines, light vehicles, heavy vehicles or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge and experience in American and European Heavy Vehicle product lines is desirable.
- Practical working knowledge of the operation of appropriate machinery, tools and equipment.
- Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions.
- Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours.
