Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As an Application or Project Engineer, you will work closely with the Sales and Estimating teams to deliver technical solutions to customers.

About the Role

This is a highly technical position that requires excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for reviewing bidding documents, handling HVAC equipment selection and pricing, and communicating with manufacturers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review mechanical plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Select and price HVAC equipment
  • Write technical proposals and develop cost analysis spreadsheets
  • Communicate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers
  • Pricing and estimating of HVAC equipment and systems
Requirements

  • A strong background in the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Experience in estimating or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, air distribution products, and temperature control systems
