Are you a skilled professional seeking a new challenge in the field of recruitment? We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying, selecting and placing top talent with our clients.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. On completion of training, we offer flexibility to work from home 1 day per week.

We are looking for someone with experience working within a KPI driven environment, who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and intermediate computer skills in the MS Office Suite. About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting interviews via phone, video or face to face
  • Completing reference checks
  • Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process

You will possess the following:

  • Experience working within a KPI driven environment
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills in the MS Office Suite
  • Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
