At the forefront of our organization, we seek a seasoned Senior Management Accountant to spearhead financial strategy and decision-making.

This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to provide insightful analysis and steer projects toward profitability and success.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who can:

  • Manage and optimize accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting, including statutory returns, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage financial aspects of construction projects.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including balance sheet reviews and cost allocations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including external auditors and tax accountants.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management accounting or similar finance support roles.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Proficiency in finance/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
