At Costco Wholesale, we are committed to providing our members with the best shopping experience possible. As a Retail Sales Associate in our Ipswich Bundamba warehouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front End team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing member orders, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Service: Greet members promptly, answer questions, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process member transactions accurately and efficiently using our state-of-the-art POS system.
  • Merchandise Handling: Transfer merchandise from shelves to carts or baskets, and ensure that products are properly stocked and faced.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card, and debit card transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other Front End team members to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Availability to work a rotating schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior retail experience an asset, but not required.
