Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the adidas store in Jindalee, Queensland, on a seasonal contract from November to December 2024.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with day-to-day store operations, and helping the team achieve daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for every customer
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store upkeep to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and meeting business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Availability:

As this is a Christmas Casual position, you must be available to work during the holiday peak period, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility during November and December is essential to meet the demands of the season.

Working Hours:

  • Casual hours during the seasonal contract (November to December)
  • Availability during retail peak times is mandatory, especially during the Christmas period.
