About the Role
The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in the success of key cancer registries within the Cancer Research Program (CRP) at Monash University. This role will support the Prostate Cancer Outcomes Registry (PCOR), the National Gynae-Oncology Registry (NGOR), and other registries, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage resources and coordinate finances to advance program objectives
- Prepare essential project documentation and updates
- Organize and support events, including managing complex bookings and agendas
- Assist with coordinating meetings and conferences
- Balance a range of tasks, from managing finances to delivering timely advice and reports
Requirements
- Strong administrative expertise and relevant qualifications or experience
- Demonstrated success in coordinating projects, meeting deadlines, and handling complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with clinical registries and operational processes is highly regarded
- Ability to foster effective working relationships across diverse teams
