About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners, providing business coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Offer feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
  • Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach, driving success and achievement.
  • Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and high standards across all franchises.
About You
  • You have experience in franchise and business coaching, with a passion for empowering others to succeed.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with franchise partners and team members.
  • You are open to travel and willing to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible approach to work.
